The talented, Jacoby Dinges and Tyler Peer, will be returning as guest chefs for a night of incredible food and wine. Each course will be paired with a Cave Ridge wine that will be specially selected by our Owner & Winemaker, Randy Phillips.

2nd Course- Bison Pâté with Pistachios and Cherries- Naval Orange Mostrada, Frisee, Brioche Fingers
3rd Course- Ciangle with Strozzapreti- Braised Wild Boar, Whole Milk Ricotta
4th Course- Coriander Crusted Cervena- Oat Crusted Parsnips, Parsnip Puree, Grand- Veneur Sauce, Toasted Hazelnuts, Wine Poached Raisins
