About The Chefs
Jacoby graduated from Triplett Tech in 2014 and went on to attend the Culinary Institute in New York. While at CIA he externed with King Arthur Flour in Vermont and Le Pain dans les Voiles in Montreal, Canada. Upon graduating in 2015 he went to Germany to work for the 3 Michelin star restaurant Gastehaus Klaus Erfort as the sous Pastry Chef. Then moved on to work at Barot Und Sinne, bread bakery, He returned to the Valley in 2017 and became the Executive Pastry Chef at Bella Gelato before moving to the Joshua Wilton House and Local Chop. In 2019 he began his own bakery, Flour & Water Co, in Woodstock with his business partners.
Tyler is a 2014 graduate of the Triplett Tech Culinary Arts Program and went on to attend Red Rock Community College in Colorado for his Culinary degree. Since graduating in 2017 he has worked at the Broadmoore in Colorado and Perse' in New York City. He returned to the Valley to be closer to family and escape the pressure cookers of large kitchens. He currently is working at Flour & Water Co. in Woodstock.
*THIS EVENT IS 21+. Guests will be seated together at one long table. If you wish to be seated with other guests, please be sure to notify Cave Ridge Vineyard PRIOR to the day of the event. Tickets are transferable to other guests, but are non-refundable unless Cave Ridge Vineyard cancels the event.
