Join us for one of two Valentine's Day weekend vertical tasting and pairing sessions with our Owner & Winemaker, Randy Phillips. Enjoy multiple vintages side-by-side in a vertical tasting of our award winning Fossil Hill Reserve. Each vintage will be paired with carefully curated bites. The event will begin with a sparkling greeting and conclude with a taste of Fandango (port-style wine) from our library, no longer available to the public. Seating is limited to 26 guests per session.
