Join Us for a Five Course Wine Dinner in the Vineyard to Celebrate the End of Harvest!
Chef, Marcie Kavanaugh, has prepared an incredible menu for the evening! Each course will be paired with Cave Ridge wines selected by both her, and Owner and Winemaker, Randy Phillips.
Dinner will be served in the vineyard, under the stars. Seating will be socially distanced by reservation/ group. If you would like to be seated with others that are not part of your reservation, please make sure to notify us at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets may be purchased HERE.
Menu:
1st Course: Mini Duck Burger with Caramelized Onions and Goat Cheese Served with French Carrot Salad
2nd Course: Mixed Greens, Prosciutto, Walnuts, and Port Soaked Figs
3rd Course: -Palate Cleanser- Pink Grapefruit/ Champagne Sorbet
4th Course (Main): Roasted Duck Leg with Wild Blackberry Sauce, Butternut Squash Puree and Haricots Vert with Brown Butter and Hazelnuts
5th Course: Chocolate Raspberry Tart
