The much anticipated Wild Game Dinner at Cave Ridge Vineyard is back! 


When: Saturday, March 30th

The Menu:

Armenian Buffalo Flatbread with yogurt sauce

Salad with Blackened Alligator

Rabbit and pheasant sausage duo;  Quail stuffed with wild boar stuffing;  Yak Bourguignon; served with sweet potato, goat cheese puree and asparagus

Café Gourmand 


*All courses will be paired with Cave Ridge wines specially selected by owner and winemaker, Randy Phillips, and Chef Marcie Kavanaugh.

Tickets are required, and very limited. This is a strictly 21+ only event.
